8-9am - Set up canteen and BBQ - any extra parental help appreciated.
9-10am - u9 & u10 tag parents
10-11am - u7 parents
11-12pm - u12 & u13 tag parents
12-1pm - u10 & u16 tag parents
1-2pm - u 14 parents
2pm onwards - clean and pack up. Any extra parental help appreciated

Please don't forget we also have a BBQ so all the help we can get will be appreciated.

It is important that each team does their allotted shift for the canteen to be operational - can everyone in each team please share it around also, so everyone has a turn.
